These extra large Sea bass fillets are responsibly farmed in The Aegean sea. Sea Bass is best cooked simply so that its flavour can really shine. We recommend grilling or pan-frying skin side down, or baking it in the oven in a wrapping of foil with your chosen herbs and a drizzle of oil.
